The Austin Archery Club is a nonprofit corporation, created by the filing of Articles of Incorporation in the Office of the Secretary of State of Texas on July 9th, 1982. A copy of this document is available HERE. The Austin Archery Club is recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization by the Internal Revenue Service.
In addition to the above Articles, The Austin Archery Club is governed by Bylaws, which may be amended as-needed to best serve the club and its membership. A copy of this document is available HERE.
Day-to-day Rules and Prohibitions while using facilities at The Austin Archery Club are available HERE, and can also be accessed by QR Code at signs placed throughout the facility.
